36 days of type

36 Days of Type is an annual design challenge spanning April through the beginning of May. The challenge is to create an image each day, for 36 consecutive days, each based on alphabetical letters and then numerals.

2019 was my second time participating. I developed a theme for myself, where each letter consisted of a bold, sans serif uppercase shape and a contrasting, lowercase script component. All 36 designs share a cohesive color palette to unify them as a set.
