CALGARY ZOO RAINFOREST

A full suite of informational and way-finding signage produced for the revamped Rainforest Building at the Calgary Zoo.

In 2023, Destination Africa at the Zoo chose to move away from the African motif and toward a more modern design theme of energy and excitement. Bright colors and irregular graphic elements are used throughout to exude fun and engagement. A coordinating set of informational signage was created for the interior of the Warden’s Post.

In addition to the signage, digital ads and social media posts were designed to promote the renovation — not only connecting with the Zoo, but reconnecting and rediscovering all it has to offer.
